Batab Building and Ventilation Laboratory as a reference for conducting tests related to building and ventilation started its activity in 2008. This laboratory’s quality policy is presented as followings:
- The final goal of this laboratory is to increase the level of its customers’ satisfaction by providing quality laboratory services and meeting customer requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements for employees.
- Creating motivation, and improving employees’ skill level and efficiency through systematic, planned, and continuous training.
- Appropriate interaction with customers to respond to received complaints to gain their satisfaction.
- Providing the necessary resources to achieve goals and meet standard requirements, and communicating with concerned suppliers and contractors.
- Continuous improvement in laboratory activities and functions by carrying out corrective and preventive measures and discovering and solving problems with scientific methods.
In conclusion, to achieve these goals, the senior manager has designed and established his quality management system based on standards and specific requirements of customers. Therefore, the senior manager declares his commitment to this policy and performance based on good laboratory professional practice. In addition, he reviews the laboratory’s effectiveness by holding management review meetings and internal audits in specific periods.
