The z-blade return grills are used to return or exhaust the air. This name has been applied to this model due to the special z-shape blades. In addition to the appropriate pressure drop of this grille, we can point out advantages such as the absence of visibility into the duct or the other side of the grille and the non-penetration of water particles (rain) in the air at moderate speeds. Furthermore, due to the special shape of the blades, this grille has a higher mechanical resistance against forces or blows. As a result, this product is recommended to be used in places where there is a possibility of physical contact with people.

In addition, this high mechanical resistance greatly helps the integral construction of these grilles in long widths without the need to cut the blade into several pieces. If there is a need for a return grille or air exchange between two environments in very large dimensions and there is enough depth in the installation location of the grille, it is recommended to use a ventilation louver. Additionally, due to the application of the Z-blade return grille, they are generally ordered with bird nets, insect nets, etc.

Like most of the diffusers produced by this company, an automatic screw is utilized to install the air diffuser, especially this product, and the screw placement is created before applying the paint coating on the frame. Moreover, it is better to install this grille on a wooden or metal frame to be sure, and if the grille is installed directly on plaster, there is a possibility of the grille loosening over time. During the batching stage, the furnace temperature (the temperature experienced by the grille) is very important and incomplete batching will have an adverse effect on the final coating. Furthermore, overcooking the paint will change the coating shade and make it matte. According to the decree of the National Standards Department of Iran, it started working as a partner laboratory of the Standards Department. All products manufactured in Shahrokhi Technical Institute, including this product, can perform various types of tests in the presence of supervisors and customers in accordance with standards 7693 and 7695 for pressure drop, launch length, flow distribution pattern and other parameters.
