Linear bar grille installation:

Installation of these grilles is done by self-tapping screws and on a wooden frame installed on the edge of the duct. Therefore, it can be utilized on all types of ceilings such as plaster, cement, brick, wood, etc. 30-degree linear bar grilles can be ordered with parallel and opposed blade dampers. This grille is produced in different types of finishing electrostatic powder coating. The default color of these grilles is white electrostatic powder coating (Ral 9016) however it is possible to apply other colors by declaring the corresponding color, Ral. Moreover, if requested these grilles could be delivered in an acid-washed form and without any coating to the customer.

The material of the blade and frame profile in this grille is generally an aluminum profile with a thickness of 1.25 mm for the blades and 1.25 mm for the frame.

Anodized: These grilles can be provided with anodized coating upon the customer’s request.

Hot dip galvanizing: It is not used for these products.

Wood veneer: If requested by the customer, it is possible to provide wood veneer for these grilles by sending a sample of the desired veneer.
