In addition, by using the connection of flexible channels, between the main channel and plenum boxes, errors of channel implementation and also the cost of channel implementation are reduced.
Linear valve installation:
Installation of inspection valve is different from installation of these valves; The installation of the 30 degree two-way linear valve is done with self-tapping screws and on a wooden frame installed on the edge of the channel, so it can be used on all types of ceilings such as plaster, cement, brick, wood, etc. 30 degree linear valve can be ordered with parallel and cross valve back dampers. This valve is produced in different types of furnace electrostatic powder colors. The default color of these valves is white electrostatic powder paint (RAL 9016) and upon request, it is possible to apply other colors by announcing the relevant color RAL. It should be noted that it is possible to provide the valve in an acid-washed form without any color coating.

The material of the blade and frame profile in this valve is generally aluminum profile with a thickness of 1.25 mm for the blades and 1.25 mm for the frame.

Final cover:
