Square ceiling diffusers are produced in 2 types: open-frame and closed-frame. These types of diffusers are suitable to be utilized in ceilings up to 4 meters high. The difference between open-frame and closed-frame diffusers is the diffusers’ frame, which is specified in the type of diffuser installation. In open-frame ceiling diffusers, the blade part is fixed to the frame, but in closed-frame ceiling diffusers, the blade part can be separated from the frame.

Accessories:

The opposed blade damper made of galvanized sheet to control airflow

The parallel blade damper made of galvanized sheet to control airflow

Aluminum closed-frame square ceiling diffusers are used to direct air from one to four sides with an air angle of 180 degrees (normal) or 90 degrees (solid angle) in the exhaust air system. Often, these diffusers are installed on the ceiling up to 4 meters high and away from the side wall. Moreover, the approximate depth of the frame of this type of diffuser is 5 cm, like all square ceiling diffusers, and the blades can be separated from the frame. In addition, this diffuser is made of high-quality aluminum, and it is also possible to install a variety of dampers behind the valve (parallel blade damper and opposed blade damper) as well as converters for the valve back if the customer needs it.

It should be noted that in the case of installing dampers behind the diffuser, it is not possible to access the damper from the frame, and to access the damper, the part of the blades must be separated from the frame, and it will be possible to separate the blade from the frame from the part on the diffuser. Furthermore, due to the ability to separate the blade from the frame and maintain the appearance of the diffuser, there is no screw hole on the diffuser frame and it is connected to the corresponding duct from the inside of the frame. However, if the customer needs it, the screw hole will also be installed in the frame. Please note that to use this type of diffuser, the wooden frame around the duct should be 2 cm higher than the ceiling and the cut on the ceiling should be 3 inches larger than the dimensions of the duct.

This type of diffuser is produced in the form of a diffuser inside the ceiling tile (maximum duct size 16×16 inches) or a closed-frame aluminum tile ceiling diffuser (17×17 inches) in different types of electrostatic powder coatings.
