The aluminum airfoil vane return valve, which is considered one of the types of air valves, is used in the return channel on the wall and due to the delicacy of the vane profile, it is placed in places far from the possibility of impact. Due to the shape and type of vane profiles, it is not recommended to use this type of valve in widths of more than 70 cm or outside the building. Airfoil return valve vanes are fixed with a 40 degree angle, and columns are used to strengthen the valve frame when ordering in long widths. The angle of the vanes is designed in such a way that the visibility inside the channel is minimized while creating a low pressure drop.

Installation of these valves is done by self-tapping screws and on a wooden frame installed on the edge of the channel, so it can be used on all kinds of walls such as plaster, cement, brick, wood, etc. Airfoil vane check valve can be ordered with parallel and cross valve back dampers. This valve is produced in different types of electrostatic powder colors. If there is a need for return valves in public environments or large dimensions, it is recommended to use the aluminum Z vane return valve.

The material of the blade and frame profile in this valve is generally aluminum profile with a thickness of 1 mm for the blades and 1.25 mm for the frame. It is possible to produce aluminum airfoil vane return valve from black iron sheet or galvanized steel with different thickness or stainless steel, upon request. It should be noted that the price of airfoil damper and return valve depends on the quality of the product.

Final cover:

Color: The default color of the aluminum airfoil vane return valve is white electrostatic powder paint (RAL 9016). In case of request, it is possible to apply other colors by declaring the corresponding color resin. It should be noted that it is possible to provide the valve in an acid-washed form without any color coating.

Anodize: These valves can be provided with anodize coating upon customer’s request.

Hot galvanized: It is not used for aluminum airfoil vane return valve.

Wood design cover: If requested by the customer, it is possible to provide wood design cover for these valves by sending a sample of the desired cover.

Installation method: These valves are installed by self-tapping screws on a wooden frame installed on the edge of the channel according to the shape. Since the purpose of installing these valves is to blow air and they are usually installed on the edge of the channel and on a wooden frame, therefore it can be applied on all types of ceilings such as plaster, cement, brick, wood, etc.
