The construction of seamless square ceiling diffusers was done traditionally by using the connection of aluminum profiles in the past. However, for the first time in Iran with the help of the new method represented by Shahrokhi Technical Institute, it has become possible to manufacture these air diffusers integrated, with an die punch, which is a big step in the field of air diffuser production. In this method, press machines are utilized to cut and shape parts, and hydraulic machines are employed for drilling, and installing pins and springs automatically which decreases errors in the assembly of all parts and results in products to be of high quality.

This product could only be produced in four-way and five different dimensions.
