Egg crate grilles, which are also known as mesh grilles, are generally used on air discharge ducts or air return ducts. The egg crate grille is produced in two types of round and square models, in addition, it is also possible to use both models inside the ceiling tile.

These grilles are produced in 0 and 45 degrees in terms of blade angle. The surface aerators of the egg crate grilles with a blade angle of 0 degrees are more than the 45 degrees type. Furthermore, the pressure drop of the 0 degrees model is less than the 45 degrees one. In 45-degree models, due to the blade angle, the visibility into the duct is lower than in the zero-degree type, and it is also possible to arrange different blades in order to direct the airflow.

For information on how to install the air diffuser, refer to the air distribution diffuser page. Square egg crate grilles are produced in custom sizes and it is possible to install parallel and opposite dampers behind the diffuser. These grilles are installed with self-tapping screws on a wooden frame installed on the edge of the duct. As a result, they can be used on all types of walls such as plaster, cement, brick, wood, etc. This grille is produced in different types of electrostatic powder coatings. Among the features of these valves, the following can be mentioned:
